Objectives:
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels across TNI, King Coffee, Vietnam Coffee Association, Women Can Do Project, domestic online distribution.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence across the Company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee online digital marketing content activities; manage all social media accounts & digital contents for domestic market.
- Conduct in-depth research to select the most effective digital strategy for key markets.
- Plan and monitor budgetary control of all digital marketing; follow-up and develop an action plan to optimize digital marketing results.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against the set targets (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners; work collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Lead team members and promote an environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by upper manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent field
- Strong operational experience, ideally have 3+ years of working experience in FMCG industry
- In-depth knowledge of Marketing, Digital Marketing
- Solid working experience in Marketing areas
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, content management system, InDesign
- In-depth knowledge and experience in using digital tools and digital media channels
- Good strategic thinking, analytical thinking, communication skills, time management and team work skills
- Creative and proactive, detailed-oriented, meticulous and determined
