Digital Marketing Specialist (08 Months Contract)

Campaign Execution (60%)

  • Collaborate with the digital agency to develop and implement monthly media plans for brand.com, aligned with key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS) across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct the campaign calendar, including new arrivals, promotional sales, loyalty programs, and AWO campaigns.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaign assets across owned media channels (Zalo OA, EDM, stories, and web push notifications)
  • Work closely with affiliate agencies to ensure proper campaign implementation (e.g., correct links, UTM tagging, product lists).
  • Brief and coordinate the creation of online key visuals and banners in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Performance Monitoring (30%)

  • Track and analyze paid ads performance on a daily and monthly basis, ensuring alignment with sales targets
  • Respond promptly to optimize digital investment while maximizing conversion rates

Payment and Report (10%)

  • Manage monthly digital payments and accrual bookings
  • Manage ads top-ups and monitor credit card transactions related to digital media expenses (Facebook, Google, TikTok, ZaloOA).
  • Prepare a comprehensive monthly report that includes in-depth analysis of digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and optimization opportunities.

Job requirement

  • Excellence in setting up technical ads tools and tracking (UTM, pixel)
  • At least 3 years in performance marketing experience, especially in retail industry
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and optimize digital performance in real-time to protect investment and maximize conversion rates
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys on websites and experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experiencing global brands is a plus
