Digital Marketing Manager

Mô tả công việc

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, mobile marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

2. Plan offline marketing campaigns as required by the company’s growth demand from time to time

3. Design, build and maintain our social media presence

4. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

8. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

10. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

11. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

12. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Yêu cầu công việc

1.      Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field

2.      Required language(s): proficiency in English or Chinese

3.      More than 4 years working experience in Marketing, at least 2 years working experience in Digital Marketing

4.      Solid knowledge of mobile marketing and deeep understanding the promotion through social media advertising platform

5.      Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

6.      Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

7.      Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

8.      Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and data platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, GA, Appannie, GooglePlay Developer Console,iTunes Connect)

9.      Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

10.  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
