Digital Marketing Lead

Job Description: 

● Develop and execute digital performance strategies across various industries, including E-commerce, Cosmetics, FMCG, and Real Estate.

● Lead full-funnel campaign planning and consulting from brief to execution for clients.

● Proven ability to plan and execute performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on conversion optimization across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, etc.).

● Proficient in setting up and managing conversion tracking systems using tools such as Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Data Studio for data visualization and reporting.

● Experienced in measuring key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CLV) and using data to optimize campaigns across the entire customer funnel.

● Analyze data, build performance plans, and deliver KPI-based reports on a recurring basis.

● Coach, train, and manage the digital team to enhance internal capabilities and support onboarding of new members.

Requirements:

● At least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, especially in strategic planning roles, preferably in a marketing agency.

● Proven team management experience, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop talent.

● Strong capability in media planning and client consulting.

● Priority given to candidates with agency background or hands-on experience managing large-scale e-commerce campaigns.
