  • Research the tourism market, competitors, analyze target customer behavior and insights.
  • Build a comprehensive, multi-channel online marketing strategy, budget for short, medium and long term.
  • Adjust the marketing plan based on the actual market situation
  • Coordinate with the Board of Directors to build appropriate brand and communication strategies.
  • Build and update the reward points system, gifts, benefits for loyal customers
  • Set up an annual marketing budget and allocate effectively to channels.
  • Manage and optimize online channels: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, X, SEO, Email marketing, Zalo, Website, Affiliate, ...
  • Orient digital content (content marketing), videos, social media suitable for target customers.
  • Build and maintain an automation marketing system (CRM, email workflows, loyalty, ...).
  • Effectively deploy market access campaigns, promotions, gift vouchers
  • Develop brand recognition strategies on online platforms.
  • Build communication plans for events, campaigns to launch new tour/service products.
  • Represent the company at some events, industry organizations
  • Build and develop a database of individual customers (couples, families, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze data from digital channels, report campaign effectiveness
  • Recruit, train and manage marketing teams (performance, content, digital Customer service, etc.)

Job requirement

  • Female, 27-34 years old
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields Background and/or certifications in digital technology, system management, data analysis (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior management role (e.g., CMO, Marketing Director) in Tourism/Hospitalily/FMCG/Education/Retail.... Field Proficiency in English (all four skills); additional languages are a plus
  • Practical experience in developing strategies and executing marketing initiatives Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills
  • In-depth understanding of advertising platforms and digital marketing technologies
