BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with HOD to propose and implement Annual Marketing plan.
  • Develop, nurture and strengthen network with TVs, other Medias, PR Agencies and all stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead the marketing team members to deliver set targets of the department.

SUMMARY OF JOB DETAILS

  • Develop the positioning for the target brands/products
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plan, deliver its main KPIs
  • Be responsible for marketing practices facilitate the sales achievement
  • Create brand communication and develop media plans
  • Prepare launch plan for new products
  • Work closely with Sales manager to detect and adapt tactical plans to Sales force needs
  • Develop and maintain reliable marketing intelligent system; Together with Marketing Manager to provide BOM and related departments accurate information of market trends, external environment, and industry analysis concerning the assigned areas;
  • Provide BOM with relevant internal analysis (products and services) and recommend concerning products and business improvement and development based on sound analysis;
  • Maintain and strengthen LLV’s image and reputation through quality Marketing Programs.
  • Be the champion and in charge of building system, process and culture for key marketing functionalities assigned by HOD, e.g. among such as merchandising/printing/design system, online, PR, internal communication.
  • Write, edit, approve and maintain press materials. Oversight of PR agency accounts
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and operation forecasts; produces regular and special reports; maintains required records and files.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

 

·      Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications.

·      A minimum of three (3) years work experience in a supervision or a higher position in one of the following media-related fields: marketing, journalism, public relations and or communications. Marketing and Public Relations experience in education preferred.

·      Must have experience in leading or assisting to lead big branding/rebranding campaigns.

·      Strong organizational skills a must. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.

·      Must have strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts and manage high-profile relationships with clients and members of the media.

·      Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.  Fluent in English is encouraged.

·      Superior diplomatic and communication skills, both oral and written. Very well organized, computer literate, and detail-oriented.
