Responsible for planning activities that contribute to management.
- Coordinate with IT Operations and Development teams to plan the yearly IT activities, take lead initiate the realization of the planned activities.
- Manage IT Division monthly and quarterly reports and monitor the progress of each activities by coordinating with project leaders.
- Plan IT Division KPI's and take lead to monitor and achieve the planned KPI's result.
