Deputy Finance Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

Deputy Finance Manager is responsible for monitor budget, prepare various reports for internal and local authorities, overview accounting operation.

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Prepare and monitor annual budget
• Prepare the financial reports including financial forecast and cash flow management
• Forecast on cash flow, sales and profit
• Ensure all financial functions and accounting activities of the Company are in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures
• Prepare and participate in external audit for yearly audit
• Assist Chief Accountant overview daily operations of accounting department including Account Receivable/Account Payable/General Ledger
• Review daily journal vouchers(payments, receipts) and entries booked into General Ledger
