Deployment Planner – SEA

About the Role

We are looking for a Deployment Planner to manage supply and deployment planning for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. In this role, you will coordinate and execute deployment activities for finished goods from our BD plant to multiple markets, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery while meeting service and inventory targets. This is a critical position that requires strong planning skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply and deployment planning for SEA markets for AFC category (annualized volume: 1800 MSU & 250 SKUs).
• Create weekly intercompany deployment plans to optimize container loads and ensure timely export shipments.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to execute deployment plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual container forecasts for deployment scope.
• Share supply visibility with planners based on aligned deployment plans to adjust production schedules and drive weekly S&OE with local market teams.
• Manage export inventory at BD plant, ensuring alignment with target levels.
• Work closely with import teams in markets to prioritize critical shipments and minimize service impact.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment planning processes for accuracy and flexibility.
• Track, analyze, and forecast inventory and service level performance to meet targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, deployment planning, or inventory management (FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred).
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools (SAP, APO, Kinaxis, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good at English (both verbal & written)
