Ensures that food sanitation, safety and food handling functions are practiced in their areas on a daily basis.
Must maintain a consistent high level of product quality, productivity and line of supply.
Must be able to read and organize the daily production lists.Delegate duties as appropriate.
Communicates well with the team and supervision to ensure everyone is informed properly.
Maintains quality and proper presentation of food to meet and exceed departmental standard.
Keeps supervisor informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Must have the ability to be productive for long periods of time.
