Get to know our team:

Regional Demand Planning and Strategy is housed within marketing, with work spanning across the region (all 8 countries). The team focuses on growing demand efficiently, with projects covering overall strategy, ideation (e.g., optimizing targeted promos, developing innovative approaches), experimentation and ensure successful implementation in the country.

Get to know the role:

The role focuses on growing overall business and marketing metrics (i.e. transactions, revenues, brand love, etc.) using typical statistics and data mining methods such as clustering, association rules to gain actionable insight (e.g. promo & incentive spend optimization, churn analysis, customer segmentation, etc)

The day-to-day activities:

· Support Country Marketing Teams in performing analyses to enable data driven decision making.

· Structure experiments to generate insights to grow business objectives across all Grab products (e.g. A/B testing)

· Optimize marketing strategy through user segmentation and targeting.

· Identify efficient promo structures to motivate users’ growth across all Grab products.

· Work with cross functional teams to execute on initiatives arising from insights generated.

· Optimize overall consumers funnel from install to loyalty through different testing and analyzing all campaign performances, including creative, segmentation, mechanics, etc.

· Perform weekly data analysis and communicate relevant insights and action items to stakeholders.

The must haves:

· A minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing for FMCG, eCommerce or top tier management consulting

· Confident in processing and analysing complex data sets using Excel and SQL

· Working understanding of SQL and experience with a mobile CLM platform is desirable

· Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to bridge complex data analysis to actionable business insights.

· Detail oriented.

· A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done.
