Demand Planner

About the Role:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain excellence? Join our team as a Demand Planning Specialist and lead impactful improvements across demand planning, inventory control, and product portfolio management. You’ll work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic FMCG environment, helping us deliver right products at the right time — efficiently and effectively.

Your main responsibilities are:

Product Portfolio Management

• Partner with Marketing, Commercial team to support new product launches
• Improve raw material & packaging stock planning for innovation readiness

Demand & Supply Planning

• Align sales targets with production capacity (with Commercial, Manufacturing & Finance)
• Optimize inventory levels using DRP across warehouses
• Run scenario analyses to prepare for market fluctuations

Process & System Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Enhance system usage, master data quality, and digital processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG Demand Planning, inventory, or product change management

Skills You Bring:

• Strong analytical & planning skills
• Proficiency with ERP/DRP systems (SAP, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Effective communicator & team collaborator
• Fluent in English
