Job requirement

  • Developing and maintaining effective forecast models based on pharmaceutical-comestic trends and demand patterns, ensuring efficient supply based on future demand.
  • Align business objectives with supply chain strategies, acting as a key Business Partner to commercial, finance, and operational teams.
  • Challenge and analyze sales forecasting numbers and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy and satisfy customer demand.
  • Implementing and leading Weekly meetings, SOP meetings.
  • Inventory management, minimize slow-moving and obsolete stock.
  • Other assigned tasks by the Line Manager.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project Coordination teams to build a robust forecast-to-supply planning model and drive an effective S&OP process.

  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Leading the development and execution of integrated plans for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain visibility, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Improving forecast accuracy through structured analysis, scenario planning, and KPI tracking (e.g., bias, FA, SMOS,..)
  • Overseeing lifecycle management of product portfolios, including new launches, phase-outs, and discontinued SKUs.
  • Driving the implementation of advanced supply chain management systems to enhance transparency, traceability, and data integrity across all planning processes
  • Making sure the compliance process
  • Managing, coaching, and developing team
  • Analyze and evaluate external price trends to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs.
  • Managing the Supplier’s performance
  • Being responsible for Landed cost every shipment, collaborate with the Log Team for Cogs per month
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant pharma-comestics regulations, standards, and laws.
  • Making reports as assigned by the manager.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Head of SCM or BOD.

Job requirement

1. Requirements:

  • Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (4 skills)
  • Have 5+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, especially in Demand planning.
  • Have 3+ years of experience working in a cosmetic company.
  • Priority is given to candidates working in import-export - Purchasing goods for cosmetic companies and related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experienced with ERP systems, especially SAP/APO.
  • Skilled in data analysis using Python, Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, demand-supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Systematic thinker with an ownership mindset and good collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making skills; quick adaptability.
  • Experience with S&OP/IBP is a plus.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills; consulting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Well-organized and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in office applications.
  • Careful, responsible, and cooperative.
