Delivery Rider Communit Lead/Associate, GrabFood

Get to know the Role:

• Identify ways to improve the lives of GrabFood delivery partners

• Develop and manage loyalty and engagement programme that are unique and high-impact

• Build communities and grow GrabFood’s presence among delivery partners

The day-to-day activities:

• Monitor and understand the topics that are on the minds of our delivery partners

• Gather insights and feedback from our delivery partners

• Capture and respond to our delivery partner needs/feedback

• Benchmark ourselves against competitors and the market

• Continuously work on improving and innovating our processes to serve our delivery partners better

• Analyse and track the performance and behaviours of our delivery partners to devise action plans to improve overall eater, restaurant and delivery partner experience

• Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs

• Work with PR to build and manage relationships with external stakeholders

• Work with the Driver Loyalty and Retention team from Transport to facilitate and organize partner engagement events

The Must Haves:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese would be a plus)

• Years of working experience: < 2 years

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

• Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
