DECORATION ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR - QUẬN 12

Job requirement

- To supervise and in charge of all the decoration work in store (design, print all the panel, signage in Store)

- To ensure the entire panel, singers reach the MM Mega Market standard.

- To plan the scheme to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of all panel and signage.

- To propose idea to promote and advance the business effectiveness.

- To manage the budget and cost efficiently.

- To strictly follow the safe principle.

- To ensure the rate of progress as schedule.

- To arrange effectively all the decoration plans, roster of staff.

- To preserve all the equipments in good condition, use the materials, device, and stationery properly and with the fit cost.

Effective performance of this job requires the person to be really hands-on and persistence to follow through meticulously key steps of the operational procedure.  Essentially the profile of the job holder should include:

1.     Skill

·         College degree or equivalent qualifications (must have).

·         Good leadership skills in decoration, engineering field, development, motivation and performance supervisor.

·         Ability to inspire confidence in others, foster a team culture and achieve objectives through influencing of others.

  • Understanding of the retail / whole sale environment and the assortment structure, processes, systems and procedures therein
  • Understanding of MM Mega Market processes and procedures
  • Detailed knowledge of products relating to responsible department
  • Organised and able to follow detailed working procedures
  • Strong management ability
  • Self Disciplined with ability to work under stress
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Time Management/ Management ability
  • Good communication (and listening) skills and fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
