The Data Service Manager is responsible for leading our data strategy, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and actionable insights across the organization. This role combines expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning/AI to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.
Data Strategy & Governance:
- Define and execute the company’s data management strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Oversee data quality, master data management (MDM), and metadata documentation.
Business Intelligence & Analytics:
- Lead the development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools.
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and ensure consistent reporting standards.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements and actionable insights.
Machine Learning & AI:
- Identify opportunities to leverage ML/AI for process automation and predictive analytics
- Oversee model performance monitoring and ensure ethical AI practices.
Team Leadership & Project Management:
- Prioritize data initiatives, allocate resources, and track project progress.
- Foster a culture of data literacy across the organization through training and advocacy.
