As People Analytics Specialist, you will be part of our People Analytics Team.

The Role:

  • Support the implementation of our People Analytics growth strategy.

  • Support building our capabilities in data analysis, data science.

  • Work closely with the Head of People Analytics and People Operations Leadership Team to continuously develop our people metrics, scorecards and dashboards to measure efficiency and effectiveness of our various People functions and services.

  • Partner with People Operations teams to provide advisory and deliver ad-hoc insights requests on various people matters.

  • Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess the impact of proposed solutions.

  • Design, develop and implement on-demand People Analytics products and services such as HR functional dashboards.

  • Support the transition to a self-service organization by identifying opportunities for automation and implementing self-service technologies.

  • Support project teams during business case development for projects to identify key metrics for success.

The must haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics), or equivalent experience

  • Min of 5 years experience in HR/People Analytics

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights

  • Strong data visualisation skills using tools like Tableau

  • Statistical programming in languages like R, Python, Java, C++ or SAS and/or other tools for statistical analysis are a plus

  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, lead and facilitate conversations between Analytics-, Technology- and People Operations teams

  • Passionate about solving problems, relentless need for investigation and data exploration.

  • Efficient time manager in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Stakeholder Management skills
