Data Processing Analyst is a key position in BPA team. The role embraces your hard and soft skills to create an automation tools for manual processes. Your works will create a huge impact to business operations by improving the performance and SLA of processes. ​

The day-to-day activities:

This position will work in project basic. You need to work closely with business user to learn the business process. You need to design a solution to automate that process after standardizing and optimizing it from end to end. This will require following works:

• Meeting with business users to gather and document requirements.
• Study the process and write query to extract data from database
• Design solution and build database for automation
• Write R/Python scripts for processing, analyzing data, connecting with other services via API.
• Responsible for optimizing and maintaining automation scripts.
• Build internal modules/packages on R/Python for internal use.
• Other related tasks as required by Team Lead.

The must haves:

• University Graduate, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematic or Economics, Computer Science ​
• 2-5 years relevant work experience in an analytics, automation or optimization related role. ​
• Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
• Experience using R, Python is a must
• Results and detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable with office computing tools Microsoft Office / Google Docs
• Effective communication and organizational skills​
