Data Management Lead

The day-to-day activities:

• Perform employee data entry/correction activities in Workday based on defined processes.
• Lead a team of data management executives.
• Ensure established processes are adhered to prior to executing the data management transactions.
• Support key stakeholders such as Country Pops and Pops Business Partners in their data management related activities
• Generate reports for users

The must haves:

• Ability to work well with various stakeholders across multiple departments (People Operations & Workday team)
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot potential data errors
• 3-5 years of experience using Workday or other HRIS solutions in the area of data entry, data load and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Independent and has own sense of initiative
• Have experienced working in multinational/global companies of in a shared service center environment.
