Job requirement

  • Support the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and processes.

  • Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to apply Data Governance across systems.

  • Monitor compliance with data governance policies across the organization.

  • Conduct training and awareness sessions on data governance for business units.

  • Support the implementation of specialized areas such as Data Quality, Metadata, and Master Data Management.

  • Participate in periodic assessments of the organization’s data governance maturity and propose improvements.

Job requirement

  • Over 5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields.

  • Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata, Master Data, and Data Privacy.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across IT, Business, and Compliance teams.

  • Familiarity with Data Governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM).

  • Experience with Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica Axon).

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, Decree 12/2023, etc.).
