Data driven decisions and analysis serve as the backbone of decision making for the Data & Business Automation Specialist. You are the data expert of the team and will help build the framework in our team’s mission, vision and values. What you will do:
- Review data and ad hoc analysis to make educated decisions to keep our business running at full speed
- Generate ad hoc reports to serve the business needs
- Improve and streamline processes by automating workflows
- Define, create and execute driver rewards programmes and engagement activities as needed
- Handle payment rejections and work with drivers or passengers to ensure a correct resolution
- Constantly suggest and implement ways to improve operational efficiency
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Equivalent or consistent high results working performance
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Reliable, kick ass attitude and able to work independently with the ability to exercise judgement and solve difficult problems
- Superb communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Experience with business process improvement and operations
- Never say die attitude and able to work with clear KPIs and OKRs in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge in SQL and Python is a must
- Knowledge in other programming languages is an added advantage (i.e Java, JavaScript, C++, PHP, etc)
