The day-to-day activities:
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
- Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop records management processes and policies
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Set up and maintain automated data processes
- Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
- produce and track key performance indicators
- Monitor and audit data quality
- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
- Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data
- Provide sector and competitor benchmarking
The must haves:
- S1 any major, with experienced as data analyst Walk In Centre / Retail/ Branches/Call Center
- Analytical & Operation Skills : Ritel/ Walk in/Branches Operation & interrelationship with in key process and metrics
- Minimum 5 year as related job purposed
- Understand Operation Walk in/Retail Operation/ Branches Operation, & interrelationship with the key process and metrics
