Monitoring & Governance

•Govern overall BB project to ensure adhering to compliance and TCB practice (e.g. documentation, proper sign-off, project plan, cost spent, tender process, licensing, regulatory doc, etc)

•Ensure projects that have rolled-out and became BAU are working well through sample QA check, deep dive analysis.

•Ensure BB attended all the required meetings / forums as owner, support, and beneficiary as per TCB requirement (e.g. TECO, Steerco, etc)

•Ensure BB has the right representative in bank-wide strategic initiatives and are clear of our role and actively participate to ensure BB benefits will be achieved 

Project Management & Change Management

•Work with respective project manager to design & drive roll-out plan / execution plan for change

•Track and ensure roll-out activities are being executed as per plan

•Monitor BAU progress to ensure they are being carried out consistently to ensure change is sustainable

•Work with respective PIC on refresh training, market survey, customer feedback
