Katalon Studio team was assembled from KMS Technology automation enthusiasts to create Katalon Studio as a viable alternative to both open-source and commercial test automation solutions for both beginners and advanced testers.

Katalon Studio adoption rate has been very encouraging and was ranked as top automation tools by popular Automation websites and communities.

We are looking for a team member to connect user and the engineering team, playing the Product expert – ambassador role to support & consult users to make the best out of Katalon Studio.

The winning candidate will have the chance to work on an Agile product development and chance to work with international end users. UpStar Labs has one of the best office space in town and a team of enthusiastic –  young – dynamic members.

* Responsibilities:

• Verify issues raised by end users or from development team

• Working with end users to identify root causes of Katalon products problems and advising on the solution

• Presenting the product workshop - demo

• Updating self-help documents so end users can try to fix problems themselves

* Knowledge and Skills:

• Logical thinking – Diagnose capability

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient English

* Pluses:

• Experienced in manual testing activities

• Have automation knowledge ie: Selenium, Appium and open source test frameworks.
