Job requirement

  • Calls or message to customers via hotline/zalo/fanpages/sales channel/ PG and repond the questions.
  • Advise/inform information to customers via hotline/fanpages/zalo.
  • Do consumer test for current & new products.
  • Handle & resolve complaints of customers.
  • Work closely with internal department such as sales team, BOT, R&D, QA, Audit to check and resolve complaints from customers.
  • Report customers servise activities monthly.

Job requirement

  • Education: College/ University major Marketing, Business, Education, Social, Humanities
  • Foreign language: basic English 
  • Experience: At least 1 year experience in CS position

Other skills

  • Time management skills
  • Communication and Negotiation skill
  • Can use ERP system.
