*We're recruiting for Senior in Freight/ Forwarding as below:
- Finding Air/Sea cost both import/export, booking with Shipping line/ Airline/ Co-loader. Coordinating with other departments to complete shipping documents as client's request.
- Always informing client ETD, ETA and making sure that client receives cargo safely.
- Arrange checking for goods with any Inspections Company in Vietnam (International Standard: SGS, TUV,..and other).
- Co-ordinate with Sales dept., and other to load/unload Cargoes to containers and trucks from factory.
- Management, Following and solving problems occur during shipments.
- Taking care of any requirement from client regarding Freight/ Logistics.
- Following and claiming payment of some special clients and special shipments.
- Management import/export goods to/from VN (air, sea)
- Arranging to deliver cargo to clients in Viet Nam.
- Do pricing for Sales Dept.,
- Any other related work as required from Manager.
- Details will be discussed during the interview.
- Graduated university/college from Maritime, Foreign Trade,..or any other related to Freight/Logistics Industry with experienced from 4th years.
- Female.
- English: listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently.
- Good skills (Office, Organizing, Planning).
- Knowledge Logistics Industries procedures, organized and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Personality: harmony, careful, honest.
- Prefer candidate who can start working immediately.
- 13th month salary (after working 1 year).
- Salary can be negotiable and any other allowance fee.
