Customer Services – Vikki Bank (District 9)

• Receive, consult, and introduce suitable products to customers through channels such as hotline, email, website, etc.
• Handle inquiries and complaints related to the use of services/products or Vikki Bank’s service quality.
• Accurately record customer requests and forward them to relevant departments or update into the system as required.
• Summarize and report customer feedback for service/product improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct management, willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Male/Female, aged 20–35.
• Minimum education: College degree or higher (majors in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration are preferred).
• No prior experience required, training will be provided.
• Clear and fluent communication, standard accent, avoid regional wording.
• Good problem-solving skills, professional attitude, willingness to learn, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in office applications.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts (24/7).
• Basic English communication is an advantage (not mandatory).
