Job requirement

  • Receive the air inquiries from oversea agent/ customer
  • Checking price with airlines/ GSA/CSA/ co-loader and Quote to oversea agents in a timely manner
  • Place booking with airlines/ GSA/CSA/ co-loader
  • Issue booking to customers/ oversea agent as their requirement
  • Working with customer (supplier, direct shipper, forwarder, oversea agent), carriers (airlines, GSA, CSA) terminal and relevant partners related to the shipment.
  • Coordinating with other departments to complete and ensure cargo progress.
  • Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
  • Resolve related issues arisen.
  • Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
  • Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle all customer’s enquiries timely and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with customers/ oversea agents/ company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monitors progress to achieve month end targets
  • Reporting to higher level as regular basis.
  • All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Transportation, and International Business.
  • At least 2-3 years experienced in forwarding, logistics.
  • Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Knowledge of ERP system is a plus
  • Good skill of Customer Service
  • Good at English (speaking & writing)
  • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and good at teamwork.
  • Basic knowledge on air cargo as per IATA rules and regulation
