Job requirement

  • Manage & arrange customer services staffs working schedule & provide the appropriate training all staffs.
  • Provide & answer customer’s inquires through telephone, email or face-to-face.
  • Monitor Mall operation; Co-ordinate with other departments & tenants to answer customer’s complaints, support & give them best shopping moments in Estella Place.
  • Plan & manage, revenue & expenditure of customer services counter.
  • Make report for: baby trolley, wheel-chair borrowing, traffic CRM
  • Control & manage selling of gift card; staff canteen, first aid room and complaint room
  • Control basic PA music system & announcement such as found-lost, opening/closing time…
  • Other tasks required by Head of Dept.
