Nhận và theo dõi đơn hàng từ khi bắt đầu đến khi xuất./Receive inquiries and track orders from start to finish.

• Nhận phản hồi của khách hàng về chất lượng sản phẩm, làm cầu nối giữa khách hàng và nhà máy trong việc tìm phương án giải quyết./Receipt of customer feedback on quality; collaboration between customer and factory to find a proper solution
• Hỗ trợ các bộ phận liên quan trong việc phát triển sản phẩm/ dự án mới/Support all related departments develop new samples and projects
• Hỗ trợ trưởng phòng dịch vụ khách hàng để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ chung của bộ phận. /Support the Sales and Customer Service Leaders achieve department objectives
• Theo dõi công việc trong mảng dịch vụ khách hàng, đảm bảo rằng mọi nhiệm vụ đều được hoàn thành chính xác và hiệu quả/Follow up all jobs related to customer service to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.

• Kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính như: emails, Excel, Word…./Excellent computer skills: Emails, Excel, Word…
• Kỹ năng viết và giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt./Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English
• Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh hoặc chăm sóc khách hàng./At least two years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Có tinh thần làm việc theo nhóm./Teamwork spirit
• Tác phong làm việc và thái độ tốt, chuyên nghiệp./A good and professional working manner and attitude
• Sẵn sàng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực cao./Willingness to work under pressure environment
• Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng./Bachelor or graduated from College
• Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong môi trường làm việc tại nhà máy./At least one year of experience working with and interacting with ERP systems is required..
• Ngoại ngữ thứ hai là 1 lợi thế./Second foreign language is an additional advantage
