Manage and respond to customer service requests (inquiries, complaints, user guidance).
Review, transfer and moderate property listings, images, and verify seller/broker information.
Reconcile transaction data (point purchase, listing extension, advertising fees)
Prepare operation KPI reports, analyze user data, and propose improvements.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong cross-functional collaboration ability.

Good command of English (both written and spoken) to work with internal teams and external partners.
Understanding of digital platform operation processes (property listing, e-commerce, fintech).
