Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide best customer services through smiling, greeting, welcoming & guiding customers regarding all services provided by Shopping Mall. 

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Provide & answer customers inquire through telephone, email or face-to-face.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments & tenants to answer customer’s complaints, support & give them best shopping moments at Shopping Mall.
  • Overview Mall operation & directly report to CS Supervisor & Manager if any occurs.
  • Make report for baby trolley, wheel-chair borrowing, traffic report, CRM report.
  • Control & manage selling of gift card, staff canteen, first aid room, complaint room…
  • Control basic PA music system & announcement such as found-lost, opening/closing time…
  • Other tasks required by Head of Dept.
