1. Receiving order:

  • Convey spoken and written information clearly and concisely.
  • Listening to customer’s requirements, their expectations and their complaints.
  • Recognize who one’s customer are, both internally and externally.
  • Accurately identify customer requirements.
  • Consult customer the best way to deliver

2. Complaint handling, Collect data needed and look for cause of complaint and transmit to relevant Dept.

  • University/ College degree (Business administration)
  • English: Intermediate level
  • Has at least 1 year experience in a similar field
  • Problem solving skill/ Customer focus
  • Work on shift
