Customer Service Manager - Store Operation

Customer Service Manager is the direct coworker of Store Manager in management of Cash system in order to optimize the quality of customer service. Customer Service Manager is responsible on keeping business information in security

Human resource management

  • Coordinate to Human Resource Department to recruit
  • Assign, manage and control department’s tasks
  • Supervise the uniform, working style and attitude of staff to timely reorganize
  • Share company & store’s information and strategy, encourage the staff to suggest ideas and share their information.
  • Train and develop the staff by planning on job training program for each position
  • Evaluate, reward and discipline the staff

Equipment management

  • Supervise daily utilization, maintenance and cleaning of equipments at Cash Center, the furniture at the recreation room
  • Ensure the calculator system is always in well running status, be responsible on contacting for all repairs in case the equipments are broken
  • Handie-talkie management: coordinate to Security Department and Technique Department to maintain handie-talkie system of the store, which is always ready to run.
  • Manage POS system of Vietcombank & Vietinbank: Daily supervise, ensure the fully ordering of paper for POS running well, contact the bank for POS maintenance
  • Make sure the seal machine running well in order to seal the baggage of customer before entrancing to store
  • Manage & ensure the utilization and maintenance of the equipments at the filing room
  • Manage and supervise the sanitation of store (trolley ,basket…) and external factors to ensure cleanliness
  • Manage the system of sound broadcasting, telephone to be always active
  • Manage closely the sensible utilization of plastic bag, stationary and expense of other items.

Customer relationship management

  • Manage elements which affect senses of customers when going to supermarket such as sound, light, temperature, hygiene, price board,…
  • Solve customers’ complaints and claims
  • Control attitude of staffs
  • Coordinate counter to ensure accurate billing, fast and satisfy customers
  • Transfer information fast and accurate to departments related in case of an incident

Financial Management

  • Management of each actual cash revenues combined with comparisons on. Are responsible for understanding, resolving differences according to regulations
  • Periodic check, non-recurring, Customer service Manager is responsible for the manage the loan of Treasury Manager: Cash bases, loose cash for each cashier

  • Manage sales revenue each day and report to Store Manager to explain for the discrepancies
  • Manage monthly fines when customers lost keys or lost locker ticket and make these fines to the Treasury Department
  • Manage the sale of voucher at Cash center/ Customer service room to ensure the room deposit into Treasury Department
  • Manage vouchers for promotions, loyalty card to ensure the accurate and realistic system
  • Manage document conversion price, invoice cancellation, print ticket vouchers
  • To be responsible for checking the payment documents, issuing shares barter
  • Ensure the timely transfer of data, accuracy of the system management
  • KPI report regularly or irregularly request for Customer Supervisor

Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree in economics, commerce or related fields
  • At least 2 years experience in similar position or have experience in stores. Prefer the experience of cash management, good at knowledge of retail market
  • Good at problem solving, leadership skills, analyze and synthesize data, communication and coordination skills 
  • Basic English skills
  • Good at Word, Excel, PowerPoint
