Customer Service Manager (Express, Lương Thỏa Thuận, DT5677)

Mô tả công việc

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Customer Service Manager in Ha Noi:

  • Manage customer accounts and organize performance meetings with customers to meet service quality goals
  • Connect the Global Customer Accounts for operational issues
  • Work closely with the region's Global Client Account to integrate solutions for Customers
  • Ensure the achievement of service performance goals and solutions offered at high level and lowest cost
  • Manage Project team and coordinate with colleagues to provide excellent service quality to Customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/Female; Age: 30-50 years old
  • Education: graduated university in logistics, import-export, trade or related field
  • Experience: at least 3-5 years in Project and Performance Management
  • Experience in logistics field or Customer Service management
  • Good command of English
  • Able to communicate in Korean would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the import & export in Express
