Customer Service (HCMC) (Chinese / English Speaking)

Job requirement

  • Assist Sales Department in transaction such as document preparing
  • (S/O, I/O, D/O, samples)
  • Keep track of orders/delivery status.
  • Record sales values & volume periodically..
  • Handle customers’ feedback.
  • Observe customer’s payment & credit. Coordinate to Accounting Dept and Logistic.
  • Coordinate to other IC in term of selling prices & market updates.
  • Direct report to Customer Service Manager.

Job requirement

  • Candidate must graduate at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration/ Management / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales (prefer Garment/ Textile/Plastic/Hanger)
  • Candidates must be resourceful, committed and result oriented with good knowledge of the target market.
  • Willing to travel when necessary
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese is plused
