Position Title: Customer Service Executive - Sea Freight

Corporate Unit: EUSU Logistics Co. Ltd, Ha Noi Branch

Location: Hanoi Office

Reporting to: Customer Service Team Leader (Sea Freight)

Role Summary:

Receive pre-alert from oversea, file manifest, send arrival notice to customer, and release Delivery Order to customer with import shipment or receive inquiries from customer/ oversea and arrange for booking for export shipment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Arrange Booking Note and Making B/L, submit SI, tracking Cargo
  • Daily report status of shipment and update data in EUSU system
  • Contact with agent to handle DAP shipments
  • Well knowledge of AMS / ACI / ISF filling for US/CA route
  • Issuing debit note and send to customer for confirmation
  • Send the Red Invoice to the customers
  • Make Monthly report

Required Skills:

  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office software
  • Able to communicate in English with skills; reading/writing/speaking
  • Diligent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
  • Experience in export and import shipments is a plus
  • Team works/disciplined and punctuality

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Having at least 1 year of experience in similar positions
  • Graduated from College or university major in Logistics or Foreign Trading
