Experience:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Do the guidance and registration for guests entering building
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area tidily and presentably, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Oversee main lobby to ensure the cleanliness and facilities/equipment are in order and in good condition
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Record, report and follow up feedbacks from tenants with the relevant departments
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access the reception counter (monitor logbook)
- Set access for tenants’ card upon the Building Management’s approval
- Perform other assignments as requested by superiors
- Good at English
- Microsoft Office Suite.
