Customer Service - Chuyên viên Chăm sóc khác hàng

Mô tả công việc

  • Receive recommendations, complaints, feedback ... from customers via channels (telephone, email, chat ...) on the quality of products and services provided by Lotte Finance Vietnam:
  • Provide information about the company products, services, networks, promotions, customer policies …
  • Analyze customer needs, provide support and consultancy, suggest the appropriate financial products to customers.
  • Handle customer’s issue which encountered during the process of using products or services, ensuring customers' satisfaction.
  • Identify typical problems, seriuos complaints and handle crisis with priority to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Comply with company’s policy and standards. Ensure customer receive the best experience during the process of using products or services of Lotte Finance Vietnam.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • BA degree.
  • Female/ Male candidate with good voice tone, no local accents.
  • Effective both written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of financial products and services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in contact center.
  • Good communication in English is a plus.
