Job requirement

Position summary): Taking care of issues those relate to Customer and Quality of tour service.In charge of customer support including welcome procedures towards VIP clients

  • Complaint handling and reporting to Agents & Management Board
  • Manage company branding (customer materials, stationery, uniform, signboard, gifts) as well as Agents’ signage
  • Implement internal training, communication flow to improve coordination between teams and offices.
  • Deal with suppliers on quality, health and safety audit to assure the service standard and liability
  • Making report to Insurance company in case of accidents
  • Other tasks upon request from MD/GM

Job requirement

  • Desire to work in Hospitality and Tourism industry
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good in organisation and negotiation skill
  • Fluent in English, any additional language speaking is a plus
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in computer: Microsoft office, excel, internet and other useful soft-wares
  • Enjoy high pressure of work
