Job requirement

  • ­ Define, implement, and manage the executive planning and strategies of the Loyalty Program, Referral Program, app/web push notification, and SMS.
  • ­ Manage and segment the customer data, then designed personalized and relevant communication strategies for different group.
  • ­ Coordinating with other channels of CRM, CS, and Marketing to deliver consistent message for different segmented groups.
  • ­ Measure, analyze and report the performance of the app and campaign, push notification, Loyalty Program, and SMS to accomplish the desired CRM and business KPIs.
  • ­ Conduct deep dive analytic and actionable insights relative to the app and campaign performance, customer retention, acquisition and other desired performances.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Marketing Content, Digital Marketing or CRM. Experience in Mobile App Marketing is a plus.
  • Good sense of design and style.
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to details.
  • Strong team work, project management and organization skills.
  • Strong listening skills and judgment to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
  • Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done.
