Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible to design programs to win back, reward and retain drivers in order to increase driver service experience. Also, develop and manage knowledge center that can be used for all touchpoint to address inquiries related to driver and passengers as one stop information

The day-to-day activities:

  • Evaluate running program results and optimize as needed
  • Create ad-hoc projects and initiatives that bring about change or improve drivers' performance and in coordination with other related parties or departement
  • Develop and manage knowledge center as one stop information to address inquiries related to driver and passengers
  • Working closely with other related department to keep the up to date information into knowledge center
  • Execute day to day ops of mobile advertising program for driver

The must haves:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Business studies/Administration/Management, or any related field
  • Min. 1 year related working experience in the related field
  • Detail oriented, able to work as a team and individual
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Creative and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
  • Can work under pressure, professional
  • Strong customer focus & attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and team player
  • Proficient with Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
