We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (Mobile App) (*Our customer is app user)
- To communicate with users, acknowledge and resolve user complaints through email/hotline, forward to related departments if need.
- To keep track records of user feedbacks, comments and complaints, make analysis and report weekly, monthly, yearly
- To analyse complaints, handle face to face situations.
- To respond promptly to user inquiries.
- To provide accurate, valid and complete information; advice on company information.
- To handle users complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- To interact & cooperate with related departments for problem solving
- To control all department feedback be responded on time
- To ensure user satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- To inform & explain users of deals and promotions
- To keep record of tracking Marketing advertisement channel
