Job requirement

  • Support the External Relations Department in implementing programs, campaigns, and projects aligned with the company’s direction.
  • Research and collect data on Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of companies in Vietnam and globally, as well as information related to government agencies and relevant events.
  • Assist with logistical preparations (printing documents, preparing appreciation gifts, etc.).
  • Proficient in using Canva (designing posters, name tags, etc.).
  • Support administrative tasks within the department (translation, information research, document and correspondence handling, writing articles under guidance, etc.).
  • Assist in translating documents between English-Vietnamese-Japanese (and vice versa) as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and instructed by direct supervisors.

Job requirement

  • Third- or final-year university student.
  • Able to commit to at least a 3-month internship.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Responsible and proactive in work.
  • Strong skills in information searching and summarization.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Interest in sustainability, environmental and community activities.
  • Proficient in basic office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
  • (Advantage) Good proficiency in English and/or Japanese.
  • Topics related to Sustainability, International Relations, or External Affairs for graduation thesis are a plus.
