CS Quality Assurance Specialist

Job requirement

- Ensure the operation of inspecting, monitoring and evaluating phone calls according to the number of assigned test samples and the regulated standards.

- Remark, feedback and train, guide team members based on the call quality monitoring results in order to enhance the quality of customer services department.

- Plan and train team members soft skills: communication skills, call – solving skills based on the call quality monitoring results.

- Report and analyze the staff' s capacity by following call scoring evaluation result accorded to Customer Service Manager ‘s request.

- Propose to edit and supplement call script in progress by following call scoring evaluation result.

- Standardize process, develop instructions and coach new process for team members.

- Coordinate Team Leader to manage and improve work performance of team members.

Job requirement

- Intermediate or higher graduation.

- 01 year of relevant experience

- Good english communication

- Preferably in payment environment (banking, accounting…) or booking plane tickets experience.
