Job requirement

  • Proposing and tracking Customer Care program to enhance customer satisfaction, customer loyalty & retaintion: Top VIP/Active/Sleeping New customer aquisition
  • Customer Experience Management: Identification customer touch point; Analysis, Implemetation of measures and report of results
  • Work alongside Brand Marketing team to support with store-level email marketing to drive footfall, including localised offers and event invites
  • Working closely with Call Center team to get customers feedback, analysis and solve customer queries.
  • Conducting Customer Survey for ensuring customer service quality meet with luxury standards
  • Customer Commitment: Monitoring of Customer Complaint, Customer Satisfaction Goodwill maintenance.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or General Business preferred.
  • 2-3 years business experience MKT/CRM department of Luxury Hospitality/Luxury Retail Intermediate English and Vietnamese
  • Advanced proficiency with Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
  • Experience with marketing database platforms and campaign management tools required.
  • Miticulous and result-oriented.
