Creative Supervisor

I. Job Purpose:

• Develop ideas, design, contribute idea to art direction for marketing campaigns, promotions…

II. Job Accountabilities

• Understand the creative briefs & come up with creative idea
• Quick sketch to visualize the design before drafting
• Prepare the draft design based on the agreed brief
• Adaptable to feedback & supervise the creation of artwork
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements
• Hand-on & supervise the designer do the final artwork for printing production
• Look for new ideas/ creatives through learning from the market, competition and trend
• Contribute to ideas brainstorming sessions
• Work independently to develop design directions
• Exploration and conceptualization of design options and solutions
• Explains and substantiates existing or potential design direction in meetings
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas
• Execute ideas flawlessly paying attention to design, layout and typography at the best possible standard
• Design scope includes:
• Develop graphic designs for social media platforms like Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok
• Design for web-based and mobile applications
• POSM designs for promotions, product/ services launche, events, company activities, branding materials/ packaging…
• Develop decoration for new store opening
• Support Creative Senior Manager/ Creative team to develop new design concepts from time to time
• Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager

• Over 5 years of experience in designing field
• Experience in developing designs with inspiring text and graphics. Understand social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram…) and constantly update new trends. Knowledge of user interface designs for mobile apps and website
• Degree in Multimedia Design /Graphic Design/ UI & UX Design
• Can storyboard or translate ideas to design
• Hand drawing & sketch is an advantage
• Creative, well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, professional, patient, positive, teamwork and pro-active always
• Ability to work under high pressure, tight deadlines
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
• Internal/ external ideas presentation
• Efficient with graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of using After Effects and Premier Pro as well as basic understanding of Photography, 3D is a plus
