Creative Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly creative, and AI-driven Creative Supervisor to join our luxury lifestyle brand. This role plays a key part in leading the creative direction, production execution, and brand consistency across all channels and platforms. The ideal candidate brings not only a refined sense of luxury aesthetic but also the agility to incorporate AI technologies to optimize creativity, accelerate production, and maintain global brand standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Creative Direction & Supervision

- Propose creative ideas for all company activities across multi-disciplinary scopes: design, display, production items, corporate branding, events, and CSR.

- Supervise creative team and external agencies.

2. Corporate Guidelines & Brand Compliance

- Master and enforce brand guidelines across departments.

- Control quality of all creative outputs including bags, boxes, catalogues, leaflets, menus,POSM....

3. Creative Production & Execution

- Execute basic product photography and video production.

- Coordinate with admin and purchasing to select qualified suppliers.

4. AI Integration & Innovation

Apply AI platforms (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, ChatGPT...) in content creation.

5. Content Management & Digital Asset System

Systemize and store all creative materials (photos, videos, menus, ads, LCD, YouTube...)

6. Cross-Department Collaboration

- Work with eCommerce, marketplace, and advertising teams.

- Support marketing projects: event setup, receiving goods, sampling.

7. Market Analysis & Creative Trends

Analyze creative market trends and competitor campaigns.

8. Work Discipline & Team Spirit

- Adhere to working hours and company regulations.

- Promote teamwork and responsibility.

Requirements and skills:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication.

·         5+ years in creative roles in luxury, whisky, cigar or accessories.

·         Master Adobe Creative Suite, AI platforms.

·         Strong project management, problem-solving.

·         Good at English.
