Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a regional leading services & solutions provider for pharmaceutical & medical device companies. Our client, the brand with innovative and advanced digital application, is seeking a sales driven executive with at least 5-7 years’ experience and strong network, for the job of Country Sales Leader. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Reporting to Regional Head of Sales & Marketing, the Country Sales Leader will be responsible for creating partnerships with Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies, plan and direct sales activities including managing business development and marketing representatives to achieve revenue and yield goals.
· Maintain and develop long-lasting relationship with customers who are Pharmaceutical, Medical Device companies and Healthcare organization
· Building and execution of all strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve the sales target.
· Lead and take charge of negotiations where necessary to ensure a win-win agreement with customers
· Work across internal functions to prepare the best solutions for customers.
· Do the market intelligence
· Provide advice and guidance on product & technical information to team and potential/existing customers
· At least 5-7 years of sales experience with proven track records of performance.
· Solid network with Pharmaceutical, Medical Device companies and Healthcare organization
· Ability to develop business vision, translate into strategies and actionable, realistic execution actions plus knowledge of territory and relationships with key stakeholders already established
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English.
