I. Administrative Support
- Manage Country Manager's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage visitor’s schedule, accommodation, transportation
- Manage Expats' dormitory.
- Manage expats document (work permit, temporary resident card, visa…).
- Any report required by CM/BOD.
II. Meeting Coordination
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and events.
- Take and distribute minutes during meetings.
III. Document Management
- Manage daily documents submitted to CM
IV. Communication and Correspondence
- Ensure the timely and effective communication of important messages to relevant departments, individuals or subcontractor.
- Do the translation when needed.
V. Office Management
- Maintaining supplies and equipment in CM's office.
VI. Travel and Event Coordination
- Organize travel arrangements for the General Director, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, or external meetings that the General Director will attend.
VII. Budgeting and Financial Support
- Assist in making, managing or reviewing budgets, expenses, and invoices related to the CM's office.
